Connie is the featured speaker/storyteller on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at the “Appalachian Sampler” series this summer for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) on UNCA campus in Asheville.  She is  presenting a two-hour story performance/workshop focusing on the tradition of storytelling in the Mountains of Western North Carolina.
