Vicky Town is an interactive storyteller, writer, and teaching artist who has been delighting audiences with her unique blend of physical comedy and love of language since 1988. From the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia to the Kansas prairie to the city of Philadelphia, Vicky has shared stories that warm the heart and tickle the funny bone.

Vicky’s programs are tailored to meet your needs. Her workshops for educators and students are hands-on, high energy, and literacy based. Educators learn to use storytelling as a cross curricular tool and catalyst for writing. In addition to sharing stories for folks aged 2-105, Vicky also works with at-risk students and families and special needs populations.

Vicky’s recording (with Bill Wood) Spooky Tales Vol. 1 received a  Parents’ Choice Silver Honor Award, 2013.
