For most of my life I have been interested in collecting, preserving and telling stories. The main focus of my interest are the stories of the life, love, lore and legends of the people of the Southern Mountains. I have told stories at a variety of venues including schools, libraries, museums, nursing homes, festivals and country stores. I can adapt my presentation to fit almost any occasion or and age group. I am also interesting in producing and presenting storytelling events.
