Moss, Marva
I began storytelling, by telling stories to my own children. Today my storytelling appeals to adults and children alike. I have used storytelling in the classroom to enhance the literary experience of my students. My storytelling sessions are presented in public and private schools, at churches, health and cultural festivals, as well as community events and programs. Presentations are enriched with displays, and hands-on activities. Often, I wear my ‘storytelling hat’. As a storyweaver, educator, and creative writer, I spin a ‘story web’ to stimulate imaginations, and hopefully create a love for listening, reading and writing.
