An avid collector of tales, Catherine MacKenzie fell in love with storytelling in the bayous of Louisiana, and is always thrilled to find a new story to share. With a MLIS and extensive experience as a children’s librarian, she enjoys telling to audiences of all ages. She was featured on a storytelling segment for ACCESS TV and has told several stories on CBC radio. She is particularly drawn to hauntingly beautiful stories with strong female characters and short vignettes that paint vivid pictures in listeners’ minds.
